Pastoral Ministry A major part of the churches life is to be here for the people of the parish, indeed for people of all faiths and none.  There are joyful events like Weddings and Baptisms, and harder times if a Funeral has to be arranged.  There are times when a listening ear and a quiet cup of coffee, times when difficult questions need to be shared - and so on.
